Welcome to Hotel Lilton!

Hotel Lilton is a small private hotel located on Föreningsgatan 9 in Gothenburg, on the west coast of Sweden. We are within a stone’s throw walk from Linne´gatan and Vasastan- two of the city’s main dining areas – and a mere 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the famous ‘Avenue’. We are 2mins from the nearest tram stop too.

A renowned 20th century English architect built the hotel building in 1886 and the building has been a hotel since 1982. 2005 family Lilton bought the hotel and they are the third owner. The red brick hotel building is set inside a private courtyard, with outdoor seating and an enclosed glass veranda. We have 9 rooms individually decorated to make you feel at home. Great beds await you for your comfort and each room has been fitted with a brand new flat screen television, cable TV, radio, and wi-fi.

We have a small conference area available, which can seat up to 8 persons, or you may hire the glass veranda to seat 20. Our guests are both Swedish and foreign, business travellers and tourists alike.
